Replace vague service promises with clear information about suitability, scope, process, deliverables and the next step.

Visitors read a service page to decide whether it addresses their problem. Repeating that you offer quality does little to support that decision. Start with the questions customers repeatedly ask during sales conversations.

Define the problem and suitable customer

Explain which need the service addresses. A corporate website and an online store have different purposes. Describing unsuitable cases can also prevent mismatched expectations. Promising everything to everyone makes the scope unclear.

Make deliverables concrete

If you offer an end-to-end solution, name the screens, documents or completed workflows it includes. Distinguish integrations, content entry and training. Even quote-based services can explain the factors that affect cost.

Explain decision points

Go beyond listing analysis, design and development. State what the customer provides or approves at each stage. When is design approved? Who supplies content? Which operations will be checked before acceptance?

Connect the enquiry form

Preserve the selected service when visitors move to the quote form. Provide examples of useful project information and avoid unnecessary fields. Before publishing, ask someone unfamiliar with the service to explain its scope back to you.
