Purpose of the site

This website describes Faruk Media services and accepts enquiries. An enquiry does not by itself create a paid order. The accepted proposal defines scope, timing, total price and delivery.

See first, pay later

Business website and e-commerce website projects require no advance payment. The agreed work is shown for review and payment is requested after approval. Other services follow their own proposal terms.

Content and usage rights

Customer and third-party brands remain the property of their owners. Rights to project files, designs and licensed material are defined in the proposal. Do not submit information or content you are not authorised to use.

Responsible use

Do not interfere with site security or submit unauthorised personal information. Service acceptance is separate from optional marketing permission.

Applicable sales terms

The pre-contract information, distance sales terms and delivery, cancellation and refunds pages explain the purchasing process. Project-specific conditions are provided before payment. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
