This page explains the general service purchasing process. Transaction-specific information, including the parties, selected service, total amount and delivery conditions, is provided separately before any payment obligation arises.

Scope of service

Faruk Media provides business website design, e-commerce, software and digital marketing services. Pages, features, content responsibilities, revisions and exclusions are specified in the project proposal.

See first, pay later

Business website and e-commerce website projects require no advance payment. The agreed work is presented for review, and the agreed payment is requested after approval. The scope of the presentation and the delivery steps following payment are defined in writing before work starts. Other services follow the payment conditions in their respective proposals.

Price and additional costs

The final amount, taxes, recurring charges where applicable and approved additional costs are disclosed before payment. The proposal specifies whether domains, hosting, advertising spend and third-party licences are included. Additional services are not charged without customer approval.

Delivery and contact

Timing, customer-supplied materials and delivery methods are agreed in the proposal. Website and software delivery may use online links, files or authorised account access. Contact info@farukmedia.com or 0545 999 10 79 for enquiries and notices.

Approval and records

The service selection, pre-contract information and sales conditions must be available for review before payment. Marketing permission is considered separately. The project proposal and accepted conditions are supplied in a form the customer can retain.
