Distance Sales Terms

These general sales terms are read together with the project proposal and accepted order details. Visiting this page or submitting an enquiry does not by itself create a paid order.

Parties and order details

The transaction-specific document identifies the legal service provider, customer, addresses, selected service, tax-inclusive total and delivery plan. Faruk Media is a brand name; payment and invoicing use the identity of the person or entity providing the service.

Scope and customer contributions

The proposal defines features, revisions and deliverables. Customers must be authorised to supply and use the text, images, brands and account access they provide. Timing and cost implications of changes are agreed before implementation.

Payment conditions

Business website and e-commerce website projects require no advance payment. The agreed work is presented for review and payment is requested after approval. Other services use the timing and recurring charges specified in their proposals. Silence alone is not project approval.

Service delivery

Delivery dates and methods are project-specific. Delays in required customer material or access are communicated and the schedule is reviewed. Customers may report discrepancies against the agreed scope in writing; statutory rights remain unaffected.

Withdrawal, cancellation and refunds

The Delivery, Cancellation and Refunds page explains applicable consumer rights. Business or professional purchases are governed by the parties' agreement and applicable law. Digital delivery alone is not treated as eliminating all refund rights.

Intellectual property and third parties

Source files, design usage rights and account handover are defined in the proposal. Third-party fonts, images, software and licences retain their own conditions. Customer content and brand rights remain with their owners.

Notices and disputes

Send notices to info@farukmedia.com. Consumers retain access to consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts according to the applicable jurisdiction and monetary thresholds at the time of application. These terms do not restrict mandatory statutory rights.
