Check mobile navigation, reading, images and forms with realistic tasks instead of judging only whether the page fits the screen.

A page fitting a phone screen does not prove it is usable. Customers still need to open menus, call the business and understand form errors. Test tasks rather than screenshots alone.

Try navigation with one hand

Open the menu, choose a subcategory and close it again. Count the steps needed to reach a service. Fixed controls should not cover links or hide content in landscape orientation.

Read at normal size

Can you read headings, descriptions and buttons without zooming? Long titles should wrap cleanly, and line spacing should support reading. Side-by-side cards often become too narrow on small screens.

Complete the form

Check the keyboard shown for phone entry. Enter an incorrect email and see whether the error is understandable. Submitted information should remain available if the request fails. Follow the link on the success screen as well.

Test different content lengths

Check a long service title, a detailed package and an article, not just a short homepage. Two phone widths and a tablet provide a useful starting set. Scroll to the bottom and look for collisions between cookie notices and fixed contact controls.
