Build a short video around one message, a demonstrable example and a clear ending, with footage and captions planned in advance.

Trying to explain every service in one short video can make all of them unclear. Choose the viewer question before choosing the duration, and keep one main message.

Open with a real problem

Start with a meaningful statement or demonstration. “Does your quote form submit on mobile?” identifies a specific issue. Make sure the rest of the video answers it.

Write visuals alongside speech

Specify the screen, product or action shown for each line. Reduce claims that cannot be demonstrated and arrange required materials and permissions before filming.

Plan captions early

Use readable sentences and avoid rushing the narration. Check that captions do not obscure important details and that the central point remains understandable without sound.

Match the ending to the content

Direct viewers to the relevant guide or service rather than attaching the same generic call to every video. Ask a test viewer to explain the main message before publishing.
